The Ambassador, benefiting Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Kenya

This Ambassador was my submission for the Battle of the Rings competition in 2024. It is a form modeled after the profile of the last northern male white rhino, Sudan, who died in Kenya in 2018.

Sudan left behind one daughter and one granddaughter (Najin & Fatu) to live out their remaining days in functional extinction under the watch of their loving caretakers at East Africa’s Ol Pejeta conservancy.

Rhinos, long regarded as mystical and exotic, are hunted for their horns. They are massive, peaceful, herbivorous creatures. Sudan’s existence and passing drew global attention, shedding light on the harsh truth that extinction is happening before our own eyes.

50% of the proceeds from the sale of this ring, will be donated directly to Ol Pejeta, supporting ongoing conservation efforts and the protection of wildlife.
