A 5-carat, high-dome Ethiopian Opal is set in fine silver and hugged by asymmetric 18k gold prongs. A solid 22k gold hand-forged band complements the warm undertones of the stone and adds poetic, old world charm to this future heirloom.
The silver bezel has a hammered texture that picks up the light. The gold band offers a touch of luxury and has a satin brushed finish. The setting is open behind the opal, allowing light to pass through for full spectrum color play. The asymmetric prong placement makes this piece truly one of a kind.
The band is 2.5mm wide. The Opal measures 16x11mm and sits 7mm tall at its highest point.
